Notice of Application for
Commercial Oil & Gas Waste Disposal Well Permit
JTC Energy Group, LLC, 1028 Antique Heritage Dr., Pflugerville, TX 78660 is applying to the Railroad Commission of Texas for a permit to dispose of produced salt water or other oil and gas waste by well injection into a porous formation not productive of oil or gas.
The applicant proposes to dispose of oil and gas waste into the Edwards formation, McTighe Lease, Well Number 1. The proposed disposal well is located 5.8 miles west/southwest of Three Rivers, Texas in the Chapa, West (Luling) Field, in Live Oak County. The waste water will be injected into strata in the subsurface depth interval from 13,500 to 14,800 feet.
